All propellers inducted for overhaul are first disassembled, cleaned and meticulously inspected after which some parts undergo non-destructive testing.
The blades also undergo moment balancing checks to ensure smooth vibration free operations, which results in overall improved reliability and lowers maintenance costs caused by vibration to the engine and airframe.
